Included is a one-to-one advice session to ensure that you get the most from the next steps in this Track.

Are you clearly communicating your unique abilities and ethos? Are you getting the right price for what you do? Are you being outsmarted by the competition – and do you know exactly who they are? Our intensive workshop not only shows you how to approach these and other issues, but also gives you unique checklists and resources for the future.

Step three

Planning is essential, both in manufacturing and in marketing. Following on from Step two, we now work with you, one-to-one, to build a robust and affordable marketing plan in which you can base the delivery of your marketing tactics. We also set up simple but effective ways of measuring the effectiveness of every pound you spend, and ensuring you don’t miss opportunities.
